Is the Android app finished, or still in beta?
It's live on Google Play now, no invite needed. We're still actively improving it based on feedback, so if anything doesn't work right, please let us know — and if you're enjoying it, a review means a lot.
Why is iPhone still in TestFlight?
The iOS version is heading to full App Store release soon. Once submitted, Apple's review typically takes about a week before it goes live publicly — TestFlight lets you get it right now instead of waiting.
Does it cost anything to join the beta?
No — joining and using the app during beta is free. Ordering physical NFC tags themselves is a separate purchase, made securely on this website.
I don't have a promo code — can I still use the app?
You can install and read NFC tags for free without a code. To write your own tags, open the app and tap "Get Access via WhatsApp" on the unlock screen and we'll send you one.
My Samsung phone won't write a tag — what do I do?
We're aware of write issues on some Samsung models and are actively fixing them. If you're affected, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help directly, and make sure you're notified as soon as a fix is live.
